In 2021, we were commissioned to replace an old scoreboard belonging to MTG Mariendorfer Trabrenn GmbH & Co. Verwaltungs-KG in Berlin, as an old system with light bulbs had still been in use here since it opened in 1913. MTG Mariendorfer Trabrenn GmbH & Co. Verwaltungs-KG We were awarded the contract by winning a restricted invitation to tender in advance.
The scoreboard is used during the trotting races to display the betting odds and the results.
In order to connect our new steel structure to the old scoreboard building, we had to partially flex the foundations. To the steel girders were then the 21 x 3,3 m big Ultraline SX_UL_1000_O-DGWv1a with 10 mm pixel pitch and Gold Wire SMD 3535 attached. The total size was about 70 square meters.
The conversion to this new LED screen with energy-saving technology took place during the summer break, but without interrupting training.
The power planning was also in our hands, so we ensured wireless data transmission of the image signal from the control room, which was around 100m away, using a directional radio beam with very low latency and avoiding expensive civil engineering work.

As there is also a golf ranch in the immediate vicinity of the LED billboard, we installed a movable safety net in front of the wall.
Even after the project was completed, we remained on site with our service team for several races in order to train the operators and resolve any initial difficulties promptly.
