In 2023, we have planned for the Tesla factory in Grünheide has taken on the complete planning and installation of state-of-the-art technical systems, to make operations efficient, interactive and future-proof.
Our job was divided into two main phases: the design and conception phase as well as the fitting hardware.
In the first phase, we prepare the electrical, media, sound, automation, emergency lighting and lighting planning as well as the lighting calculation.
The idea is to create a solid foundation for the plant's technical infrastructure, which can later be implemented smoothly.
We then supply the hardware required to put the different systems into operation. This includes lighting systems for general purposes as well as effect lighting and lighting control systems. For visual communication, we use state-of-the-art LED and LCD screens, including the matching playout software to control content flexibly and more interactively.
A special highlight of the project is the interactive signaling when an electric train arrives.
Animations in image and light are played here to show the arrival and departure times.
These signals are automatically controlled by web sensors and time control, which guarantees precise and reliable communication.
For the technical realisation we work closely with our partner Nördlicht GmbH together. The LED screens have a special shape in the form of a trapezoid and therefore a surface area of 2x 12 square meters with an outdoor resolution of 2.9 mm.
The LCD displays, including integrated power distribution for the station, are 75 inches in size and specially designed for outdoor use.
For acoustic support are high-quality sound systems such as the AIMLINE ALW6C with the right subwoofer AIMLINE ALSUB26 A Dante in use.
For emergency lighting, we count on reliable systems from Resch Elektronik.
Automation and content management are handled by vir2Store, while the LED lighting lines come from Screen Experts.
This project connects innovative technology with sustainable automation to make operations at the Tesla plant efficient, safe and interactive.
